Everyones favorite people in Philadelphia. They pop out of sewer grates, hide around corners, and fall from the sky in order to give you a ticket 1 minute after your parking meter. Decided to depict a funky "beach" like setting to spice up this violation.
Piece comes with a navy blue & white matte and a 11 x 6in. wooden frame.
